We need a quick-thinking, creative-minded communicator who understands the helper market and can add value to our growing international team.

You will work from home (for now), helping the team process helper applicants, onboard Employers and match the two to promote happiness.

We don't care if you did not complete your education. We don't care what your age or sexual preference is, what your gender is (or isn't) etc.

What matters most is your attitude to other people and how well-organised and reliable you are - as well as how kind and thoughtful you are, too!

You must already have an excellent, fully completed profile as a helper on HelperFirst!
You must have a good command of the English language - but most helpers are easily good enough, so don't worry too much about accent etc.
You must have an okay mobile telephone and access to a laptop computer*
