“Hello, ma'am. My name is Norma and I am writing to apply to be a helper for your family. I am 43 years old, and I am married with two kids, a 15 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. I have worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for 11 years, and I am capable of balancing childcare, cooking, and household duties. My contract is over on February 11, 2023, and I hope you will consider my application! I would love the opportunity to have an interview with you at your earliest convenience. 1st Employer (Chinese family with 2 toddlers, both girls)
Finished contract


2nd Employer (Japanese/German-Vietnamese family with 2 kids, 2 yrs old girl and 4 yrs old boy)
3 yrs working with them
Break Contract for good reason (employer financial problem), and they were supportive helping me look for a new employer (a very nice family — I miss them)


3rd Employer (Australian family with 2 kids, a 4yrs old boy and new born gorl)
2 yrs and 10 months work with them.

4th Employer (Chinese family with 3yrs old boy and 2yrs old girl)
Current employer
Contract will finish on Feb.11, 2023

I decided to not renew my contract with them because we live in a small apartment (350 sq.feet) and we both have no privacy at all.

I do all household chores, cleaning, marketing,
cooking (Chinese food, Japanese food, Korean food, Western food), car washing.

I take good care of toddlers, and kids. I enjoy playing with them, going playdates, etc..
