Employment 1st Employer 4years and 8months was released due to my lady decision to stop working and become a stay at home mum so did not need a helper any more I received full redundancy compensation.
My last employer 1 year and 2 months was terminated on my day off after as usual I had to work in the morning and evening without pay during my entire employment on the day of termination I was ordered to come back early so I work but I live video chat my friend while working so I was terminated for this reason, I did not know its illegal to use video in the house, I know now that its a crime to video photo inside or outside the house of employer and members of family, I will never do this again.
