Everybody can say they are nice, kind, patient, reliable, etc. but for me its all about good and friendly relationship between employer and employee. When good humanity applied, employee will always be loyal.

But anyway, my strength above all is I am patient. I can do my job without supervision too. I am reliable i can say especially with kids. Most of the time kids loves me. I can do housechores and cooking too! I can also provide a reference from my previous employer.
