Job Summary:

I was a caregiver of 52years old male who had stroke which affects his cognitive and motor skills. He was in complete bedbound. I feed him through NGT, adminisyer his prescribed medicines. Change his diaper, bed bath him. Massage him regularly because he always experience muscle spasm and i turn him from one side to another to prevent bedsore.

Job Summary:

Taking care of 72 years old male who had stroke, with diabetes and uses polley catheter. He can stand and walk so he uses wheelchair after he gets up from the bed. I help him take a shower, sit him on a commode then bring to toilet. Accompany to hospitals for his check ups. Check if he takes all his medicines after eating meal in the morning and at night. Change his diaper when necessary and drain the polley bag catheter. I do shopping for food, prepares the meals, wash the diahes after. Do the laundry and folds when it. Clean the house. I do all household chores including cat feeding.
